MAKE SURE AND GET A MAP - so you can make a plan on your venture
So many animals to see . We hit the whole thing in about 3 hours depends if you like to see the shows. The zoo is one big loop-- stay to the left and come in as needed to see what you like. We were able to hit everything we wanted without having to backtrack at all. Another warning is that you will be walking up elevation so use their shuttle if you have any physical issues.
The tiger, bear, hippos, elephants and giraffes were all Out and actively doing their thing. We saw mountain goats and wild dogs and lots of birds. Plenty of places to rest, snack go to the bathroom and spend tour money on trinkets and gismos.
We loved the Bears
Carousel costs extra.
The food and drink inside the zoo is as would be expected quite expensive. We enjoyed Churro sundae , Popcorn and Hot dogs .

We will explore the far reaches of the world, seeking out some of nature’s most amazing animals. Instead of working on sight words, you will have animal sightings; instead of reading comprehension you will help others comprehend your discoveries by sharing stories about what you saw and did.
